By accessing or using Sift Short ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Using the tool constitutes a clear agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Prohibited Content

• Malware, phishing attempts, or viruses.
• Hate speech or illegal content.
• Spam (including using the shortener in unsolicited emails or SMS campaigns).

4. Abuse & Termination

We reserve the right to disable any link or terminate any account instantly and without prior notice for any Policy Violations or suspected abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

Sift Short retains ownership of the Service and its associated intellectual property. Users retain ownership of the content they link to, but we are not responsible for the content of any destination sites.

6. Affiliate Disclosure Duty

Users are required to disclose if a shortened link is an affiliate link, in accordance with FTC guidelines and any applicable local laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sift Short is not liable for "broken links," downtime, or any damages caused by destination sites or the use of the Service.
